RETURN POLICY
The Southern California Powerboat Connection website, a subsidiary of High Performance Havasu, heretofore referred to as "HPH Site” provides for your use and enjoyment an online store whereby you may purchase a variety of items including boating-related goods, suntan and skin care products and Southern California Powerboat Connection logoed apparel.  If at any time you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from this HPH Site, you are invited to return the product within 14 days of purchase (in new and unused condition) for a full product refund minus the cost of shipping. 

Refunds will be issued via PayPal, or if paid by credit card, by the issuing of a credit to the same card used.  Depending on medium used to transfer funds, refunds may take four to six weeks to appear on statements.

HPH Site is not responsible for or required to issue refunds on items that have been used, abused or damaged in any way, as determined by HPH Vice President.
